Marvelous Mexican Penthouse

On the 15th floor of a 1970′s Mexican colonial style building, the PPDG Penthouse, designed by Hernandez Silva Arquitectos, positively pops with vibrant red gloss finishes against a fresh white backdrop. The old construction of columns and slabs, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, provided the perfect basis for the elimination of walls to create one overall expanse of living space filled with light via a new installation of large, frameless windows.

Singapore Flat Multifunctional Makeover

This interior Singapore ‘before and after makeover’ was sent to us by chief designer Stanley Tham, of KNQ Associates, who tells us: “The owner of this 550 sq ft one-bedroom HDB apartment located in the heart of town is a successful lady who had stayed here since childhood. Currently staying together with her mother, she finally found the timing right to give her home a rejuvenation after so many years”.

Kitchens That Make the Cut

The amazing Artica kitchen by Estudiosat, was designed in answer to the challenge set by manufacturerDelta Cocinas to create a kitchen that stepped outside the box from the style of kitchens currently available on the marketplace; looking at the origami-esque geometric folds of these cabinet fronts, it appears as though that old constricting design ‘box’ has been stamped upon, to create one very new and edgy concept.
